Millie The Kid foaled
a big beautiful colt at approximately 1:00 am on Sunday morning. 3/14/10, with
great sadness we lost him around 5:00am.
We personally fall
in love with our babies from the moment our mares conceive and worry about each
of them as their foaling date approaches. I can’t explain the heartbreak we are
feeling with this loss, he will not be forgotten. We named him
Sunny.

It saddens us greatly to have to
announce that we have lost Tessa, we were out of town and received a devastating
call telling us that she had been in an accident. Our vet, who is a dear friend,
rushed out to assist but found that it was too late. It’s been very difficult
for us to accept as we loved her from the moment we knew she was conceived and
bonded with her the moment she was born. She was truly an exquisite baby and
touched us in a way that we will never forget. We can only find solace knowing
she was wrapped in angel’s wings and carried to the heavens where she’ll always
know love and greener pastures.
We would like to thank everyone who
has called or e-mailed with interest in Tessa or who has supported us through
her loss.
